THE PARKWOOD FAQ

Good questions.
Clear ground.

A little clarity before your next step.

Parkwood Holdings identifies and acquires residential land privately, carries it through planning and approvals, and prepares it for direct delivery to builders. Our approach connects the land, the groundwork, and the people who will build on it.

We focus on supplying residential land directly to builders. If you are evaluating land for a residential build program, tell us your target region, requirements, and timing so the conversation can begin with the right context.

Parkwood’s approach is built around privately held land and direct relationships. Project information and the next steps are discussed through a focused conversation with the builder, rather than a public listing process.

Start with Projects to explore the settings and development stages. Visit Approach to understand the work behind the land, then use Contact when you are ready to introduce your plans or ask about a particular opportunity.

Our approach follows four connected stages: Acquire, Entitle, Service, and Deliver. We identify and secure land, work through planning and municipal approvals, prepare the infrastructure and servicing, and bring the opportunity into a direct builder conversation.

In our approach, entitlements refer to the planning and approval work described for the land: official plan and zoning amendments, required studies, and municipal approvals. The project profile and a direct inquiry provide the starting point for discussing the scope for a particular site.

Our approach includes grading, roads, and servicing brought toward a build-ready standard. The scope and current milestones depend on the project. Ask for the project details to discuss the servicing work and its relationship to the next development stage.

The label describes land presented as having the groundwork and approvals in place for the next building stage. Discuss the project-specific approvals, servicing scope, and release details directly with Parkwood to understand what is ready for your proposed build program.

The portfolio includes shovel-ready projects, opportunities with servicing underway, land in approvals, and a project preview. Use the status filters on Projects, then open a dedicated project page for its development direction and the next conversation.

The supplied project profiles cover single-family residential land, urban townhomes, a tree-lined family-community vision, waterfront estate lots, and a riverside condominium and townhome concept. Each profile brings its setting, residential direction, and current stage together.

Begin with the stage filters on the Projects overview. On each project page, compare the residential direction, setting, current stage, and builder perspective. These give you a useful starting point for a more detailed conversation about your plans.

Each project has its own page with an overview, profile facts, builder perspective, and development pathway. Use its section navigation to move between the details, and the inquiry button when you want to continue the conversation about that project.

Riverstone Commons is presented as a project concept preview. Its name, development program, and readiness remain to be confirmed. The profile introduces the riverside residential concept and provides a way to discuss its future direction.

Start from the project page and choose Request project details. Tell us which information you would like to review, such as approvals, servicing materials, or lot layouts. Document availability and access arrangements are handled through a direct conversation.

Open the project’s dedicated page and select Request project details. The Contact form will include the project name, select Builder inquiry, and begin an editable message for you. Add your own context before submitting.

Include your name, email, the project or region of interest, and a short note about what you have in mind. If known, share your lot requirements, residential build program, and timing. Company, phone, and region fields are optional; the form identifies the required details.

Choose Land opportunity on the Contact page and share the location and what you know about the property. That gives the conversation a useful starting point for discussing the land and its potential development direction.

You can email info@parkwoodholdings.ca directly. Include the project name or location, a short introduction, and the question or opportunity you would like to discuss.
